TERRY SANFORD

Prior to PropCo, Sanford served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Blue Flag Partners. Under his leadership, Blue Flag established itself as the largest development firm in Nantucket, MA, launched the Michelin-Keyed Faraway Hotel brand and formed Blue Flag Capital, a real estate private equity platform managing a $1+ billion asset portfolio.

Sanford holds a business degree from Babson College and is a graduate of MIT’s Real Estate Finance & Development program.

Prior to PropCo, Barnett served as a Partner at Blue Flag Partners where he contributed on the Asset Management, Capital Markets and Development teams.. Prior to that, Barnett served as a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield. He has been involved in over $12.0 billion in real estate sales and joint ventures across multiple asset types. 

Barnett holds an economics degree from Colby College.
